Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place a referral?

Once your license is transferred placing a referral is simple! Just fill out this referral contact form.

Our Referral Coordinator will take it from there—assigning your referral to a licensed real estate agent in the area, tracking it through the closing process, and ensuring you’re paid promptly after closing.

Can I choose the agent or brokerage for my referral?

Yes! We can assign the referral to an agent/broker of your choice. Just note this on your referral form and we’ll assign it to them directly.

Why do I pay annual dues for my referral license?

Annual dues cover administrative costs for running the referral company and processing referrals. However, your dues are fully reimbursed to you with just one closed referral each year. Plus, every closing can earn you extra income-a great side hustle opportunity!

What if I don’t know anyone in the area where my clients are moving?

No problem! Through our referral network, we’ll connect your referral to a trusted agent in any city or state, even if you don’t know someone personally.

Do I need to stay updated on continuing education?

Michigan Licensees: Yes, you still need to make sure you’re staying updated on your continuing education each year.

Indiana Licensees: No, continuing education is not required while your license is in referral.

Do you reimburse continuing education fees?

For the Michigan requirement, Yes! Just submit your continuing education receipt after your first closed referral of the annual billing period, and we’ll reimburse those fees along with your dues.
