Did you know your referral license comes with specific guidelines?
Yes, You Can
Help your sphere by placing referrals anywhere – locally or globally – with a licensed real estate agent.
Send referrals to any licensed broker across cities, states, or countries.
Place referrals for anyone – yourself, family, friends, or even acquaintances (like a friend of a friend).
Stay informed on real estate laws, trends, markets, and education.
Enjoy a phenomenal side hustle with a steady revenue stream from closed referrals.
No, You Cannot!
Represent yourself as a REALTOR®, real estate agent, or as holding an active license with any brokerage or state.
Market yourself as such on business cards, email signatures, social media, etc.
Show properties, list homes, work as a buyer’s agent, hold open houses, or offer real estate advice.
Access listed properties without a licensed real estate agent present.
